Finding the Hydrogen Peroxide, Cephalexin, or Acetone bottles has become quite a challenge lately in the DMZ. Getting all three of these bottles takes some patience and work. In this video, I’ll show you how it’s possible to do it in just one attempt.
You’ll need a little luck and a fast-moving vehicle to make things easier.
The Koschei Complex is a great spot for chemicals. The chance to find the bottles of Hydrogen Peroxide, Cephalexin or Acetone is high. Begin your journey by entering through the Oasis entrance and navigating through the secured bunker doors, which might be radiated. Close them to make the doors on the end open. You can accomplish this by either utilizing the buttons on the control panels or by manually turning the wheels positioned next to the doors.
When inside search for medical cabinets and check them all. On different ocasions you will find the bottles needed.
In Al Mazrah their are different spots to find them. The best chance to find them is in the hospitals. Search on the beds and in the medical cabinets on the wall, the same as in Koschei Complex. Other places to look, are the hidden stashes or loot boxes found on random places in the map.
When you’re having trouble finding certain items, having a secure backpack can be really useful. With a secure backpack, you can grab one or two of the items and leave the location. Then, return and repeat the process. This way, you can eventually gather enough of the required items. This trick isn’t limited to just these items – it works well for other things too.
